Structural features of G6B41F pneumatic fluorine-lined diaphragm valve
1. The composite diaphragm separates the inner cavity of the lower part of the valve body from the inner cavity of the bonnet, and forms a direct current channel with it, so that the inner parts such as the valve stem and the valve clack on the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, and the packing seal structure is omitted. Internal leakage and external leakage can be avoided at the same time.
2. The diaphragm as the actuator is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and medium characteristics.
3. The diaphragm made of FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic and synthetic rubber and the valve with Feflon fluoroplastic lining layer can be suitable for various strong corrosive media except “melting alkali metal and elemental fluorine”.
