Installation and Maintenance:

1. Before installation, carefully check whether the operating conditions of the pipeline are consistent with the applicable scope specified in the valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing parts.
2. Rubber lining laminated rubber diaphragm surface do not brush grease, to prevent rubber swelling, affect the service life of the valve.
3. Do not tie the clue to the handwheel or stem to lift the valve during installation.
4. Manual operation of the valve, do not use the auxiliary bar, in order to prevent excessive torque and damage to the driving parts or sealing parts.
5. The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited. The channels at both ends of the inventory valve must be sealed, and the opening and closing parts should be in a micro opening state.

Fault and elimination:

Possible faults:

1. The handwheel operation is not flexible:

Reason: 1) Stem buckling. 2) Damage of thread.

Method of elimination: 1) Replace valve stem. 2) Trim the threads and add lubricating oil.

2. Pneumatic valve can not automatically open and close:

Reason: 1) The air source pressure is too low. 2) The spring preload is too large.

Method of elimination: 1) Increase the air supply pressure. 2) Reduce spring preload.

3. The connection between valve body and valve cover is leaking:

Reason: 1) Loose connection bolt. 2) Valve body lining is broken.

Method of elimination: 1) Tighten connection bolts. 2) Replacement of valve body.
